Karla is a local who grew up on the Delmarva Peninsula. Karla relocated back to the area from Washington, DC in 2004. A graduate of Salisbury University with a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Karla has worked extensively in the cable television industry – Public Affairs & Government Relations Manager - Time Warner, and Affiliate Relations Representative for C-SPAN television networks.

As a REALTOR®, Karla works with many repeat and referral clients both buying and selling to find them property to fit their ever-changing needs. Karla has earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) Designation, the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) Designation,the RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist Certification), and SFR (Shortsale & Foreclosure Resource certification).

In her spare time Karla enjoys physical fitness, cycling, and traveling.
